Love La Bonita is a thoughtfully designed and curated collection of clothing and handcrafted bags, created for beautiful, effortless everyday living.

Inspired by travel, timeless femininity and the beauty of traditional craftsmanship, our pieces are designed to bring a little joy to the everyday.

Where are your products made?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted in India using traditional techniques, including beautiful hand block printing.

We work with skilled makers and small-scale artisans, where traditional craftsmanship and techniques are passed down through generations.

Because our pieces are handmade, each one may have its own subtle character and variations, making every piece beautifully unique.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Many of our bags and textiles are handcrafted and made using traditional Indian techniques.

Small variations in print, colour and texture are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered imperfections.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, choose your favourite piece and add it to your basket. Follow the checkout process to complete your order securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

If you haven’t received one, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Shipping

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes. We offer shipping across the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on selected products. Please check the shipping options available at checkout for your destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within two days of the order being placed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We want you to love your Love La Bonita piece. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please refer to our Returns Policy for information about eligibility, timeframes and how to arrange a return.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and with any original packaging or tags where applicable.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item.

We may ask you to provide photographs so that we can look into this for you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Our Products

Are the colours and prints exactly the same as shown online?

We do our best to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings.

With hand block-printed fabrics, slight variations in colour, placement and pattern are also natural and contribute to the character of each piece.

Why might my hand block-print look slightly different?

Hand block printing is an artisanal process. Each design is carefully stamped by hand, meaning no two pieces will ever be completely identical.

Small variations, slight irregularities and differences in print placement are part of the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.

How should I care for my Love La Bonita pieces?

Care instructions vary depending on the fabric and product. Please always follow the care instructions provided with your item.

For our handcrafted textiles, we generally recommend treating them gently and avoiding harsh washing or chemicals unless specifically stated on the product.
