Our products are sourced and/or handcrafted with care, including pieces made using traditional Indian block-printing techniques.
2. Our Products
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements are as accurate as possible.
Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made using traditional printing techniques. Because of this, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, texture or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the character and individuality of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Where measurements are provided, please allow for small variations, particularly for handmade items.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. As many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, some pieces may not be restocked once sold out.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing &; Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment through the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and other Shopify-supported payment methods.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
5. Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including your delivery address, selected products, sizes and quantities.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of placing the order on our website at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you with any delivery issues.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Love La Bonita pieces. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may have the right to cancel and return your order under UK consumer law.
For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging where applicable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise requires a return at our expense.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Please do not return a faulty or incorrect item without contacting us first.
9. Personalised & Custom Orders
If we offer personalised or custom-made products, these may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by UK law.
Details of any non-returnable personalised or custom products will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
This does not affect your rights if a personalised or custom item is faulty or not as described.

All content on the Love La Bonita website, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, written content, product descriptions and other original material, belongs to Love La Bonita or its respective content owners.
